Our history 

You Get was founded mid 2007 by senior management from the Telco & Services industry with the vision of creating a fully fledged Business Service Centre. From their own experiences they concluded two things:

	Within modern day business life, control of business processes is key for the success of a company but is unfortunately also still seriously lacking in most companies.
	Within the modern company, the gap between the operational business and ICT is continuously widening due to absence of a common goal and a common language, while a close cooperation & understanding between the two parties would result in a fast track to success for every company.

Since the foundation of You Get the company engaged in creating a framework that tackles both of the aforementioned problems; an approach that can service every aspect of the business process realm and that bridges the gap between Operations and IT.

This resulted in the 360° Business Services Approach™. This framework seeks to create a comprehensive and easy to understand perspective on your business and the processes within. As all approaches, the 360° Business Services Approach™ will continue to evolve. Every single day features are added or changed in the approach, enriching its portfolio in such a way that it is able to service a wider variety of business process related areas.

Although our history is still short, our collective memory goes back a long time, bringing with it a vast amount of experience and expertise. Therefore it is our firmest intention to make history with You Get.
