The Process analysis and design course brings you to the beginning of the Process Life Cycle. It gives you tools for understanding what processes are, where to find them, and why you should document them. The course will enable you to identify, analyze, and document processes. It will introduce you to processes as concept; why do they exist and what do they do. You will also learn methods for identifying processes, and different modeling techniques in documenting them.
